Optional marketing, update, survey, and promotional communications are opt-in only.
If you choose to receive these communications, you may unsubscribe later by using the unsubscribe method provided in the message or by contacting us at brianfrister@founderi.co.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not automatically remove your information from Founderi’s connection review pool or request deletion of your information.
Service-related communications
Even if you do not opt in to marketing communications, Founderi may still send service-related communications reasonably necessary to respond to your submission, follow up on your request, discuss a possible introduction, schedule a conversation, administer the service, address a security or legal issue, or provide another service-related next step.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and services, including providers of hosting, databases, email, authentication, analytics, scheduling, communications, security, software, and related technical services.
We share information with these providers only as reasonably necessary for them to perform services for Founderi. Their handling of information may also be governed by their applicable agreements and privacy policies.
We may disclose information:
- When you direct or authorize us to do so
- As reasonably necessary to facilitate a specific introduction or contact-sharing arrangement

- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction involving Founderi or Gold Hearts Business Network LLC
Information used for possible introductions
Before arranging an introduction, Founderi may share limited business information with another potential participant to determine whether that participant may be interested in the proposed connection.
This limited information may include a general description of the business, industry, location, offerings, customers, goals, needs, or potential connection opportunity.
Founderi will not share your direct contact information with another business unless you agree to the specific introduction or contact-sharing arrangement.
Unless otherwise agreed, Founderi will not provide another business with your complete submission merely because Founderi is considering a possible introduction.
If an introduction is approved, Founderi may share the contact and business information reasonably necessary to facilitate that introduction.
Founderi cannot control how another person or business handles information after it has been shared with your authorization. Participants should use their own judgment before agreeing to an introduction or providing additional information directly to another participant.
Cookies, storage, and analytics
Founderi may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies for:
- Basic website functionality
- Security and fraud prevention
- Authentication and login-session support
- Remembering preferences
- Analytics and performance measurement
- Diagnosing technical issues
- Understanding how visitors use the website
You may be able to control cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings. Disabling certain technologies may affect website functionality.
Third-party tools used by the website may also collect technical or usage information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and interact with our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and may collect information such as pages visited, referring sources, browser and device information, approximate geographic location, and interactions with website features. When providing this service, Google may receive information including the page URL and IP address.
We use this information to evaluate website traffic, understand how visitors move through the website and the business-introduction request process, measure form progression and completion in aggregate, and improve the website and services.
We do not intentionally send Google Analytics information entered into Founderi forms, including names, email addresses, business names, website or social-profile links, free-text responses, or database identifiers.
Google processes information collected through Google Analytics as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
- Review submissions
- Operate the connection review process
- Communicate with participants
- Facilitate and document introductions
- Maintain consent and preference records
- Improve and secure our services
- Prevent fraud, spam, abuse, or repeated violations
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce our agreements
- Meet legal, operational, accounting, security, or recordkeeping requirements
The applicable retention period may depend on the type of information, the nature of our relationship with you, whether you remain in the connection review pool, whether an introduction has occurred, and whether Founderi has an ongoing legitimate need to retain the information.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, de-identify, or aggregate it.
Deletion requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be limited when Founderi has a legitimate or legal need to retain certain records. For example, we may retain limited records needed to document consent, honor an opt-out request, prevent fraud or repeated abuse, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms of Use, or comply with legal obligations.
Your choices
You may:
- Opt out of optional marketing and update communications
- Request removal from Founderi’s connection review pool
- Request access to or correction of your information where applicable
- Request deletion of your information where applicable
- Withdraw previously provided permission for future contact sharing, provided the information has not already been shared as part of an authorized introduction
Requests may be sent to brianfrister@founderi.co.
We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing certain requests.
Removal from the connection review pool is separate from unsubscribing from optional marketing communications or requesting deletion of your information.
Removal from the connection review pool means Founderi will no longer actively consider the removed submission for future business introductions. It does not necessarily require the deletion of every record associated with the submission.
Security
Founderi uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to help protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No method of transmission, storage, or security is completely secure. Founderi cannot guarantee absolute security or that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our safeguards.
You are responsible for using appropriate caution when sending information electronically and when communicating or conducting business with another participant.
Children
Founderi is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Founderi, contact us at brianfrister@founderi.co.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to, integrate with, or embed third-party websites, platforms, or services.
Founderi does not control the privacy, security, content, or business practices of third parties. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies and agreements, not this Privacy Policy.
A link to or integration with a third-party service does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of that service.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we do, we will update the effective date above. Updated versions will apply after they are posted unless otherwise stated.
Where required by law, or where a change materially affects how we use previously collected information, we may provide additional notice or request consent.
